Do I need to create an account?

No. Just enter your name and phone number when you order. Email is optional. Keep your order number to track your order later.

Do I need a bank account or credit card?

No. Installments can be paid by cash at our shop, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

What documents are needed?

A copy of your CNIC and the CNIC of one guarantor. Our team will explain the details when they call to confirm your order.

Can I buy for cash instead?

Yes. Every product with a cash price can be added to the cart and paid in full on delivery.

How do I know how much I still owe?

Open Track your order and enter your order number and phone number. You will see every installment, what has been paid, and the remaining balance.

Can my application be declined?

Yes. Every installment order is verified before delivery, and we may decline an application. If that happens, we will call you, and you will not be charged.
